SCM-EX Copper Busduct System represents Henikwon’s advanced Epoxy Coating Technology. Its 99.99% Tin/Silver Plated Copper busbar features Class F (155°C) epoxy insulation using the fluidized bed process for superior dielectric performance and protection against moisture, dust, thermal and mechanical shocks.
Certified to rigorous international safety standards, SCM-EX exceeds IK10 impact resistance and maintains structural and electrical integrity during and after seismic events. It is designed for petrochemical facilities, seismic-active areas, high-rise buildings and other safety-critical applications.

Product Overview
The SCM ALUMINIUM Busduct System is engineered for exceptional conductivity, durability, and safety in demanding power distribution environments. It features a 99.6% high-purity Aluminium busbar with Tin/Silver Plated joints to minimize contact resistance, improve electrical conductivity, and ensure long-term thermal stability.
Its Class-F (155°C) epoxy insulation, applied using an advanced fluidized bed coating process, provides excellent thermal endurance, dielectric strength, and protection against moisture and dust for reliable long-term performance.

Product Overview
Our HIGHBAR Busduct System is a non-segregated phase busduct (NSPB) designed for heavy-duty and high-current industrial applications. It is fully enclosed and non-ventilated. We offers enclosures rated IP65 for high mechanical loads and impact resistance exceeding IK08.
Our enclosures are manufactured in-house by high precision CNC turrets and presses. The enclosures also fluidized bed epoxy coated for corrosive and humid environments. Our highbar comes with an Aluminium base and Steel side/top enclosures. Full Aluminium and Stainless Steel variants are also available upon request.

Product Overview
Cast Resin Busduct utilises advanced rock insulation casting technology, fully encapsulating high-conductivity Copper or Aluminium conductors in a specially formulated epoxy resin and volcanic rock compound. The solid insulation structure is maintenance-free, with excellent heat dissipation and long-term durability.
Providing fire resistance up to 950°C for 3 hours, it withstands corrosion (salt spray) and chemical vapours to ensure uninterrupted power distribution in harsh environments, including coastal installations and petrochemical plants.
