1987
Established in 1987, Henikwon Corporation is a Malaysia-based busduct manufacturer founded by South Korean and Malaysian partners, specialising in high-performance low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems.
2012
In 2012, Henikwon joined Tamco Switchgear (Malaysia), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro (L&T), expanding its capabilities and regional reach across Southeast Asia, India and the Middle East.
2014

In 2014, the company relocated to an expanded 3-acre facility in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

2020

In 2020, Henikwon became part of the Schneider Electric Group, a global leader in industrial technology headquartered in France—specialising in electrification, digitalisation, and automation with a worldwide presence.

2023

In 2023, Henikwon is acquired by its current parent company, Cantal United Pte Ltd—a progressive market leader in Singapore’s electrical equipment industry, specialising in bespoke switchgear solutions for various segments.

Today

Henikwon continues to position itself as a global manufacturing leader in the busduct systems industry, serving clients across multiple geographies with reliable, innovative, and tailor-made solutions.
